In case you missed it, the prog-rock professionals Coheeed and Cambria have released a two disc concept album over the past few months.  The albums are called The Afterman: Ascension and The Afterman: Descension. They are true to Co&Ca's typical style while throwing in a few interesting twists.  Check out a few of their videos spanning both albums below, and for the true believers out there stop by the official site for their "Inside The Concept" video series to make sense of it all.

 The Earth is a Man is a Chicago based Instrumental rock band.  Their sound has been dubbed as some as "soft math" by being somewhere between progressive-rock and math-rock.  Their new self-titled album is available on a name-your-own-price basis over at Bandcamp.  I highly recommend checking it out. For your listening pleasure, I give a fresh stream of their entire album below.  Some great tracks by The Earth is a Man include "You Are The Motor" and "You Might Have A Mustache", but if you're feeling real frisky, there's always their collaboration with Tim Heidecker called "All the Tired Horses".  Yeah, that "All the Tired Horses".
