JENI aka Jenny Suk is a rising star on the YouTube front. Not only does she have quite the vocal range, but her production chops are pretty tight too. Here is her cover of SBTRKT's "Wildfire (fet. Little Dragon)" with some Drake thrown in for good measure. Keep an eye on this one.

With the absence of Jai Paul from the music scene over the past year, sometimes the best a fan can do is get a fresh take on a favorite track. Producer Filip Filipi has taken the wheel on that front with his remix of "Jasmine (Demo)". It's a nice track that stays true to the source material while adding in some hip-hop vocals. Here's to (hopefully) the triumphant return of Jai Paul.
In keeping with the current theme of retro videos and classic soul remixes check out this little diddy by London based producer, Bo Saris. The sample track is a Maya Jane Coles remix coming from his She's On Fire single due out July 16th.
Oddissee, the brilliant producer that brought us the Rock Creek Park soundtrack, has dropped a new music video today. The track is a nice remix of Marvin Gaye's "Ain't That Peculiar", using Gaye's classic voice over tight drums and a nice piano riff. Oddisee's new album People hear What They See hits stores June 5th, so stay tuned for more to come from this amazing producer.
As we mentioned earlier Bonobo has released a remix collaboration of his Black Sands album. If one mistake was made, it was not including Sound Medik's brilliant rendition "Kira". On the other hand, perhaps it's the fans who lucked out, as Sound Medik is letting this awesome remix go as a free download. Get it while the gettin's good!
Here is a nice gem dug up by MusicNinja. The song is "Little Man" by Little Dragon, which is beautifully remixed by Vindata. The combination of Little Dragon's leading lady's sultry vocals, and the extra smooth electronica beats laid down by Vindata, make this one a definite keeper. Have a listen below and don't forget to grab the FREE download!
What happens when you combine speed-grass wizards Trampled By Turtles with Dubstep newcomer Manic Focus? This.
Oh yeah, and don't forget to grab the free download.
Today I give you a nice sultry remix to ponder over. The original track is the ghostly "Animals" by trip-hop duo Creep with vocals by Holy Miranda. The track is beautify remixed by Alpines. Go on, put you ears on it!

"Black Sands came out in 2010 to almost universal critical
acclaim and worldwide commercial success. Black Sands Remixed gathers together a group of like-minded
musicians and producers to interpret this classic album. Most of the
material here has never been heard before and
has been gathered with assistance from renowned DJ and label-head
Alexander Nut. Featuring remixes from Machinedrum (watch the video below), FaltyDL, Mark Pritchard and Floating Points amonst others, Black Sands Remixed is available to buy now."
Yup, that's right kiddos! Fresh baked Bonobo has arrived in the States today, and is ready to be feasted on. Purchase the album over at Ninja Tunes (as of this writing it has yet to be released on iTunes), and check out "The Keeper (BANKS Remix)" and a pretty sick video for Machinedrum's "Eyesdown" remix below.
Here's a Drum n' Bass remix of Bassnectars track "Voodoo". This banger was put together by Ill Gates and I wouldn't recommend listening to it on the highway because you will probably end up speeding and getting a ticket.

For our first song of the day, of the year, I bring you R3K's remix of Lil Wayne's "Swag Surfin'" featuring samples from Imogen Heap's “Just For Now”. It's a pretty epic mash up. Check it out!
