The art of the music video has come a long way since the days of MTV.  Nowadays the best ones can be as good as a full length movie. Punk rockers Pup have delivered a true gem in this regard with their music video for the song "Guilt Trip".  Even if their punk rock sound isn't your thing, the video is worth a watch as it tells the Stand By Me kind of story of childhood shenanigans that takes a turn for the dark. It's a great song too, so what's not to love?

Australia's favorite "shitty punk band" The Smith Street Band has released a new single, and in an interesting turn of events it's a highly politicized track. Truth be told I know little about Australia's politics but Google tells me "Wipe That Shit-Eating Grin Off Your Punchable Face" is about the immigration policies of their Prime Minister. One thing I do know is they have made a damn fine song here. Fight for your beliefs kids.

New York based reggae-punk band Viva Mayday may sound like a Dispatch/State Radio rip-off, but is that really such a bad thing? Check out "We Will All" and "Monsters" below for good times.
