Memphis Music Update

  For all those musically minded Memphians out there some exciting new concerts have been announced for the Mid-South these passed few weeks.
  First off Southern jam band extraordinaire Widespread Panic will be gracing the FedEx Forum with their presence on October 1st.  Celebrating their 25th anniversary this is sure to be a great show and they are bringing their friends Yonder Mountain String Band to get things warmed up!  Tickets go on sale Friday (8/19/11, 10:00AM) and will be around $60 a pop, get them Here.
  Up next the Bluegrass wizards Trampled by Turtles will be stopping by the Hi-Tone on October 17th for some speedy pluckin' n' pickin' hot off their multi-set performance at YMSB's Harvest Fest.  They will also be offering an exclusive TBT t-shirt with the purchase of presale tickets made before Sept 20th.  Get your tix & free shirt Here.

  Also recently announced was the triumphant return of Taking Back Sunday to the New Daisy Theater on October 18th.  These emo rockers have been steady touring with their newly reunited band, complete with all its original members, in support of their new self-titled album.  These guys put on one hell of a show, get your tickets Here.
